Sometimes life can get you down. Between everything going on in the world, family problems, work stress, relationship issues, abuse, trauma, and so much more, life can be stressful, overwhelming, and at times feel hopeless.  I am here to help you find relief from whatever stresses you are facing and feel ready and able to conquer anything that comes your way. I start wherever you are at and we will work as a team to find a unique path to healing that tailors to you and your specific goals and needs.

My specialties include depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders and addiction. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for healing. I am well-versed in LGBTQIA+ issues and commit myself to making people from all backgrounds feel comfortable, at home and free of judgment. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received my Master’s degree in Social Welfare from University of California, Los Angeles, and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish from University of Redlands. I have experience working with a diverse range of clientele including children, adolescents, adults, families, and groups. My approach is person-centered and attachment-based, and I utilize components of evidence-based and empirically supported practices such as trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), somatic therapy, and motivational interviewing. When working with children, I emphasize the use of play therapy and parenting skills building. Ultimately, our work will be individualized to you and I will partner with you to find whatever works to bring you relief, support and healing.
