Congratulations on taking the first step to healthier and happier you; it’s a big obstacle to overcome, and you did it! Life can be complicated and challenging, and there is no clear cut “how to” guide. Things happen along the way that throw us off our course. We get stuck in a cycle that we don’t know how to change and something just doesn’t feel right. Everything feels like a struggle. I want you to know that it can get better. The fact that you’re reading this right now means that you’re ready to make a change in your life, ready to feel good.
My areas of focus are trauma and play therapy, and I also work with issues of grief/loss, cultural issues, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. My approach is tailored to the needs of the client, integrating a client-centered approach, and using mind/body trauma work (TRM), and expressive techniques (play therapy).

We all need help sometimes to get through the trying times and painful experiences. I can help you find more effective coping skills and tools, reflect on life experiences, and relearn how to interact with the world in a way that promotes more satisfying relationships with yourself and others.
