Vanessa is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families.
Vanessa’s passion is to support her clients as they discover their core values in order to live authentically and deeply. Vanessa loves assisting and empowering her clients to recognize their full potential in order to support them in reaching more balanced, more meaningful lives.
Vanessa has extensive training and experience working with a variety of presenting concerns, including:

- Life Transitions
- Relationship and communication difficulties
Vanessa uses an integrated approach with each of her clients, uniquely tailoring therapy to each individual client and/or family for whom she is working with. Vanessa is trauma-informed and pulls from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Exposure Response Prevention (ERP,) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as well as post-modern systemic interventions including Narrative and Solution-Focused Therapy. Vanessa also utilizes Somatic Body-Based Therapy interventions when appropriate in order to incorporate the both mind and body into treatment.
